How enquiry and readiness information is handled when you use this website.
Information collected
The consultation form collects identity, contact, business-stage, proposed-support and enquiry information that you choose to provide. Source-page and campaign attribution may also be recorded. The readiness check is processed in your browser and is not saved unless a future consent step clearly asks you to do so.
Purpose and consent
Information is used to assess the enquiry, contact you, prepare a relevant response, monitor delivery of the enquiry process and maintain an accountable business record. Contact information is not collected through the form unless contact consent and privacy acknowledgement are provided.
Storage and service providers
The intended production system uses a dedicated Supabase project for lead records, Render for hosting and Resend for transactional email. Access should be restricted to authorised business personnel. Retention and deletion periods require final business and legal approval.
Access, correction and deletion
A verified privacy contact channel must be added before launch. That channel will receive requests to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable Australian law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
No unnecessary sensitive information
Do not include participant health information, detailed personal circumstances or other sensitive information in a general website enquiry. The form is designed for provider-business enquiries, not participant service delivery.
